New College for Adults Student Checklist
Congratulations on your acceptance! Please review the important next steps toward enrollment in the checklist below.
Once your degree evaluation is ready, you’ll receive an email from St. Kate’s with a link. Be sure to examine the requirements for your program and what credits will transfer. You may also use this tool to help determine a major if you are still deciding or create “what if” scenarios if you are thinking of another major.
To apply for financial aid (need-based grants, loans), start by completing the FAFSA, which is used to determine your eligibility for federal, state, and University aid.
You also need to complete the St. Kate’s Financial Aid Application.
Please let your financial aid counselor know if you will not be seeking financial assistance so that you do not continue to receive missing requirement emails.
Once you've completed the forms, you can also check the status of your aid offer in your student account (Student Self Service/My Financial Aid).
Corporate and Community Partnership Scholarship
We offer a tuition scholarship for students who are currently employed at one of our partner organizations. Find out if you qualify and complete the form
All students must show proof of MMR and tetanus vaccinations (clinical programs require additional vaccinations). In addition, students enrolled in on-campus classes are required to complete their COVID-19 vaccination series (including a booster) and upload COVID vaccination cards prior to the first day of the semester. All accommodation/exemption requests should be submitted to Student Affairs at studentaffairs@stkate.edu.
Students enrolled in academic programs delivered in 100% online capacity are exempt from this requirement and do not need to submit documentation of their COVID vaccination.
For more details and information on other vaccine requirements, click here.
St. Catherine University requires that all full-time (12+ credits) degree-seeking students be covered by health insurance. Students with insurance must provide proof of coverage to complete the Health Insurance Waiver. You must be registered for classes to complete the waiver.
College for Adults Admissions needs an official copy of your final transcript if you have coursework in progress. You can have them sent electronically to adultcollege@stkate.edu or via regular mail to:
