Congratulations on your acceptance to St. Kate's! Our faculty and staff are ready to support you every step of the way and help you stay connected. In the meantime, here are your first steps toward becoming a Katie.
New Graduate Student Checklist
Congratulations on your acceptance! Please review the important next steps toward enrollment in the checklist below.
Upon acceptance, a St. Kate’s email account will be created and you will be given credentials to access the tools on the students page and your Student Self Service account. This access is vital for receiving important University communications, viewing your bill, and financial aid awards.
You will receive two separate emails (sent to your personal email on record), one with your username and another with a temporary password. Next, reset your password.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have a current student account from recently completed coursework, additional emails will not be sent and you are to continue to use your current account. If you have questions, please contact the Helpdesk at helpdesk@stkate.edu or 651-690-6402.
In Katepay, click "Deposits" in the top gray bar, choose your term and your deposit, and make your payment. Tuition deposit amounts vary by graduate program. Please check your acceptance letter for details.
To apply for financial aid, start by completing the FAFSA, which is used to determine your eligibility for federal, state, and University aid.
You also need to complete the St. Kate’s Financial Aid Application.
Please let your financial aid counselor know if you will not be seeking financial assistance so that you do not continue to receive missing requirement emails.
