Our RN to BSN to MSN program provides a streamlined and flexible way for associate degree registered nurses to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
Through a supportive, diverse learning community where you’ll learn alongside expert faculty, passionate classmates, and professional community partners, you’ll gain confidence and strengthen your voice as a nurse leader. We offer options for MSN specializations that blend advanced nursing principles with specialized skills that are highly valuable in today’s healthcare landscape.
Choose to complete the MSN program, or stop at the BSN if it meets your career goals.
Our flexible program allows nurses with an ADN to stop after one year with their BSN or complete their master’s degree in two years. St. Kate’s offers the following MSN specialties:
Upon completion of our MSN program, students can also continue seamlessly on to one of our Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) programs.
Our clinical placement liaisons and faculty work with students to identify and develop the required practicum experience and are available in-person and online.

Certification Exam Opportunities
Graduates who complete our programs may be eligible to take the National League for Nursing (NLN) Nurse Educator Certification (CNE), and/or Nursing Professional Development Certification (NCP-BC).
