Every business course at St. Kate's includes an ethics component. Our business administration program faculty will teach you how to solve ethical dilemmas and stay true to your personal convictions.

Integrated Marketing Communications tests your skills by working with a local business to create a marketing plan, target an audience through social media, or conduct market research.

In Managing a Diverse Workforce, you will understand the impact of diverse cultures on the work environment and learn inclusive management practices.
In addition to working with partner organizations, you will run a business in your strategic management capstone through an interactive simulation program that integrates all the major functional areas of business: human resources, sales, finance, and marketing.
