Retirement Planning
TIAA is the sole fund manager of our St. Catherine University Defined Contribution Retirement Plan 403(b).
Supplemental Plan: Invest in your future right away with this retirement account, available from the start of your employment
Matched Plan: After one year of employment, the University will begin matching a percentage of your contributions (see the salary reduction form below for details). If you were employed in higher education immediately prior to joining the University and participated in a retirement plan with employee and employer contributions, the one-year waiting period may be waived.
In order to participate, employees will need to complete an application with the plan administrator(s) and submit a salary reduction form to Human Resources. To start receiving the employer match after the one-year waiting period, employees must complete a new Salary Reduction Form
