Communication for the Lay Audience

Join Steve Elmer on Thursday, April 9 from 3:30-4:30pm in CdC 362 (or via Zoom) for the second of his three-part series on advocacy and public engagement. The series is focused on providing educators with a toolkit for successfully engaging, educating, and informing the public about new challenges related to their fields. This second session focuses on resources and methods for simplifying complex topics, communicating effectively, and using different kinds of popular media to circulate information.
