Official Transcript Requests
To request an official transcript, you will need to place an order through our transcript service partner, Parchment. Transcripts cost $7 (plus tax) and can be sent by mail, electronically, or both.
Per a federal law that went into effect July 1, 2024 transcripts cannot be withheld due to a financial balance. Other institutional holds may prevent the issuance of your transcript.
The Office of the Registrar cannot take orders or print official transcripts on-site. All requests must be made through Parchment.

Recent graduates should select “Hold for Degree” when placing an order.
This ensures your official transcript is sent once your degree is conferred. Degrees are conferred within 30 days of the end of the semester in which you completed all requirements.
If you do not select this option and receive a transcript that does not show your conferred degree, we cannot issue a refund.
Non-Standard Requests:
Master of Social Work students with a degree granted by the University of St. Thomas, can obtain transcripts via the University of St. Thomas registrar.
If you attended St. Mary’s Junior College, you can order a transcript by selecting “St. Catherine Transcript” from the Available Credentials Page.
If you attended any of the following programs, you can order a transcript through Parchment by selecting “Other than St. Catherine Transcript” under Available Credentials:

- Abbott Northwestern Hospital of Radiologic Technology
- UMMC: Fairview Radiation Therapy Program
