Romaya Burns MBA

Romaya (pronounced ro-mae-yuh) is a Vice President in Treasury Management and Payments at U.S. Bank. For the past 14 years, she has supported business, commercial, and corporate banking clients with revenues of $5–$50 million, helping them enhance financial efficiency, strengthen payment security, and streamline cash-flow operations. She also brings experience in Banking-as-a-Service, where she partnered with fintech organizations and led a team of relationship managers to deliver innovative banking solutions. Romaya previously served on the board of the Minnesota Association for Financial Professionals (MNAFP). She holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a bachelor's degree in Business Management. She resides in Cottage Grove, MN, with her husband of 19 years, their two sons, and two dogs.
