The Board of Trustees of St. Catherine University, chaired by Jean Wincek, CSJ, recognizes that its most important responsibility is the selection of the President of the University. Mindful of the mission, vision, and values of the University as well as the Covenant with its sponsors, the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, St. Paul Province, the Board of Trustees has launched a search for its 12th President.
The Presidential Search Committee is pleased to share the Presidential Leadership Profile - a document that is the synthesis of feedback from the University community listening sessions and survey. As of October 20th, the Presidential Leadership Profile has been finalized and is now being used by the search firm to recruit candidates.

St. Catherine University has established a partnership with WittKieffer Executive Search Firm as it searches for its next President.
WittKieffer’s Suzanne Teer and Melody Rose, Ph.D. will lead the search for St. Kate’s.
As our executive search firm, WittKieffer will begin the search process by conducting a series of listening sessions. The listening sessions will be an opportunity for the various constituents of St. Catherine University to share their thoughts and perspectives on the qualities, characteristics, and priorities sought in the new President. The information gathered in these sessions will inform the development of the position profile and assist the Presidential Search Committee in finalizing the criteria by which candidates will be evaluated.
Once finalized, the position profile will be published on the site for all to review. Parties with questions about the search are invited to contact presidentsearch@stkate.edu.
