"Dear Friends,

After four meaningful years, I am stepping down as Executive Director of The O’Shaughnessy at St. Catherine University to join Children’s Theatre Company as Director of External Relations.

Thank you for the opportunity to lead this venue and to re-imagine it with you post-COVID. Together we have re-positioned programming to deeply reflect the mission and values of St. Kate’s, and so many pathways have been built to support and provide learning experiences for St. Kate’s students. We have celebrated remarkable artists, brought incredible speakers to our shared civic life, and built something indispensable to both our campus and our region. I am genuinely proud of all we have accomplished. None of it happened without you – the donors, members, subscribers, single ticket buyers, community partners, faculty, students, staff, alums, and audiences who show up for this work again and again.

I leave knowing the organization is in good hands. Maria Signorelli Verdoorn brings tremendous care, capability, and institutional knowledge to this moment of transition, and I am excited for what comes next for this community under her leadership.
