Community Update on Campus Accessibility – March 27, 2020

Dear St. Kate’s Community:

For the duration of both the Governor’s stay at home order and the Easter holiday, all campus buildings, including Derham and Coeur de Catherine, will be closed to visitors and will require card access for entry. This is effective Friday, March 27 at 11:59 p.m. through Tuesday, April 14 at 6:00 a.m.

During this time, Derham and CdC will be accessible to all students, faculty, and staff with the use of their St. Kate’s ID card. For staff and faculty who already have access to Derham, there will be no change to available access times. Faculty and staff may access other academic buildings with their key card if they already have permission to do so.

If you are expecting a delivery, please be in direct contact with your delivery person and arrange a time to meet them at the door.

Our goal is to limit public foot traffic in campus buildings during this time to ensure a safer, cleaner, and healthier environment for the St. Kate’s community.

Please contact Public Safety at 1-651-690-8888 if you have any questions.

Our entire team wishes you well, and we look forward to your safe return to campus when we can all be together again.

Thank you,

Mark Johnson
Vice President of Public Safety, Security, and Facilities
