The purpose of our event is to raise awareness of Hmong culture and celebrate the arrival of the new year, one of the most significant celebrations in Hmong tradition.
This year’s event will feature incredible performances from Hmong dance group The Solaris and talented Hmong singers EverAfter, Kapa Lee, and Jerry Lee. We’ll also have a special flute performance by Hillary Lor and a keynote speech from Mai Vang Huizel, curator at the Hmong Museum.
In addition to our performances, we’re excited to welcome local vendors, including Jaspirations (Jewelry), Cua (Muay Thai fundraiser & Hmong accessories), The Nail Box Shoppe, and Maly (blind box).
Catering will be provided by Elephant Thai, and guests can capture memories at the MN Booth photo booth.
