Eat Like a Local Chef: Special Menu in Dining Hall

Sodexo recently launched a partnership with the James Beard Foundation® (JBF) to bring local chefs and flavors to college campuses around the country. In November, JBF-recognized and St. Paul-based chef Karyn Tomlinson,  known for popular local eatery Myriel, will visit St. Catherine University as part of this program. Karyn Tomlinson will create flavorful signature dishes for St. Kate’s, including Swedish meatballs and wheat and bean porridge. These menu items will be featured at campus dining halls throughout the semester.  Students, faculty, staff, and guests can catch Chef Karyn Tomlinson in action when she visits the St. Catherine University Dining Hall on November 12th at 11:00am-1:30pm.
