The Doctor of Physical Therapy Program is pleased to announce its annual Research Day event. The DPT 3rd year students - Class of 2026, will present their research projects to their DPT student peers, invited guests, PT faculty, PT clinicians, and the St. Catherine University community.

Research Day will also feature poster presentations by DPT 1st year students, small interactive breakout sessions, and a faculty presentation by Morgan Johanson, PT, MSPT, CCS.

As part of Research Day, the annual DPT Awards Ceremony (11:35 a.m.) will honor the 2025-2026 DPT Program Award recipients 

The Keynote Guest Speaker (12:45 p.m.) for the Scott Azuma Memorial Lecture is Ida Tchuisseu Fonkoue, MD, PhD, Assistant Professor in the Division of Physical Therapy at the University of Minnesota. The title of her presentation is, "My Journey to PTSD and Cardiovascular Health in Young Women".
