Sarah Marie White (she/her/hers) is a Certified Nurse Educator working at St. Catherine University as an Assistant Professor in the Master of Science in Nursing - Nurse Educator option. She has taught Nurse Educator and Graduate Core courses at St Catherine University since 2019. During this time, she has played an integral role in developing and delivering courses on curriculum design and evaluation methods, evidence-based practice, learner-centered teaching, and the foundations of nursing theory and practice. Alongside teaching, Sarah serves as a clinical research consultant and research assistant, with research interests in nursing education, nurse faculty development, and the social determinants of health and learning. Her clinical background includes industry-based clinical education and adult emergency and critical care nursing. Sarah earned her BSN from Luther College in 2011, her MSN in Nursing Education from St. Catherine University in 2019, and her Ph.D. in Nursing from Villanova University in 2026. Her dissertation research focused on factors impacting first-generation nursing students' academic success.
