Kate Barlow is the Founding Director of the MAOT Bridge Program at St. Catherine University. She received her Bachelors in occupational therapy from Boston University and her Post Professional Masters and Doctorate from Virginia Commonwealth University. Kate’s areas of clinical expertise are early identification of delays and pediatric feeding. She is most proud of her volunteer work. Kate founded the International Interprofessional Mentorship Program in June of 2019, that is now called, “OT ECHO”.  OT ECHO has more than 1,000 therapists from more than 75 countries participating and meeting monthly. She received the 2022 Innovation Award from the American National Board for Occupational Therapy Certification for this work. Dr. Barlow was added to the American Occupational Therapy Association Roster of Fellows at the AOTA conference in 2024 for international pediatric leadership and the National Academies of Practice Roster of Fellows in 2025 for her practice and scholarship in Interprofessional care.
