Cindy Ripp is an Assistant Professor in the Master of Arts in Occupational Therapy (MAOT) Bridge Program at St. Kate's, where she teaches the OT Process–Older Adults and the Kinesiology with Human Movement courses. Cindy brings more than 25 years of experience treating adults and older adults in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and skilled nursing settings. She has taught extensively in adult rehabilitation and thrives on supporting emerging practitioners through advising, mentoring, and student engagement in thoughtful curriculum development focused on clinical reasoning and application. With deep insight into the educational journey from OTA to OT, Cindy champions a learning environment rooted in community and belonging, empowering students to grow with confidence and become exceptional occupational therapy practitioners.
