Angela Ekwonye, Ph.D., CPH, is an Associate Professor and Program Director of Public Health. Her scholarship focuses on mental health promotion and the mechanisms of resilience that sustain diverse populations navigating social and economic hardship. Her expertise encompasses positive psychology, spirituality, existential meaning, and aging, particularly as they apply to immigrant, refugee, and other underserved populations.
