We aspire to change the faces of leadership in science, tech, engineering, and math—to better reflect the communities these fields serve. While we have always served women at St. Kateʼs, we realize that we need to do more to attract, retain, graduate and place BIPOC women in STEM positions so they can help lead our country and our world toward inclusive solutions because we know that diverse teams produce better outcomes.

Alumna and trustee Teresa Rolling Radzinski ’86 made a leadership-level commitment of $1 million toward the preservation and renovation of Our Lady of Victory Chapel as part of LEAD & INFLUENCE: The Campaign for the Next Level of Excellence.
Since its dedication in 1924, Our Lady of Victory Chapel has been an icon at the heart of campus. Now, its upcoming 100-year anniversary in 2024 also honors the first St. Catherine president, Mother Antonia McHugh, whose legacy is embedded into the Chapel’s rich history.
