Alumnae are welcome to continue using several of our career services. We also welcome you to share your expertise with job-seeking students.

    Women and Work

    Wednesday, November 2, 5:30–8 p.m.

    Our annual Women and Work event offers networking, a panel discussion, and break-out sessions on a variety of topics to inform your career plan or job search. This workshop is geared toward students and recent graduates. Details about our expert panelists and break-out session topics are coming soon!

    Cost: FREE! Register by October 26. A light dinner will be served. If you register to attend and your plans change, please contact us at or 651-690-6666 to cancel your registration. This helps us reduce costs and food waste.

    Visit St. Catherine University's jobs and internships board for access to positions posted specifically for students and alumnae.

    For initial alumnae access, please email Include your home email address and graduation year.

    Alumnae who have graduated within the last two years have access to their student career account and history. They should login with their St. Kate's username & password.

    Visit or Volunteer

    Alumnae are welcome to make appointments for career counseling and attend St. Catherine career fairs and events.

    Many alumnae also return to share their career experiences with students. If you would like to participate in a class or forum to offer advice to current students in your field, email us to ask about current volunteer opportunities.

    Java and Job Search Workshop

    This workshop, offered three times per year, is a free resource for alumnae or graduate students currently or soon to be engaged in a job search.

    Every week for six weeks, we tackle a new topic and address the needs and concerns of those looking for jobs. By the end of the series, you'll have an awareness of your strengths and goals, and a strong understanding of how to conduct an effective job search.

    The workshop will cover the following topics in an 6 week series:

    • Assessing your skills, values and interests
    • Gathering resources for your job search
    • Networking and LinkedIn
    • Resume styles and critique
    • Cover letter review
    • Interviewing and negotiation
