When registering for the triathlon through the YWCA's online form, don’t forget to register as a member of the St. Kate’s team by entering St. Kate's Team in the the “Employer, Alma Mater, etc” field and use the promo code StKate at the payment page to receive $10 off your registration when you sign up before May 19.
The triathlon will be held August 13, 2017 at Lake Nokomis in Minneapolis.

The YWCA also offers a free 12-week training plan, clinics and classes to help you prepare.
What are you training for? The Full Triathlon is a 500-yard swim, a 15.5-mile bike and a 5k run/walk. The SuperSprint Triathlon is a 200-yard swim, a 7.3 mile bike and a 1-mile run/walk. You can participate individually or compete with friends.
