Our goal is to have 100 St. Kate's students, faculty and staff and alumnae/i join President Roloff to train and compete with the St. Kate's team. Why join?
Thinking of trying the tri? Join other interested Katies on April 12 from 12–1 p.m. in the Recital Hall, where we'll fill you in on the basics and answer your questions. Plus, hear President Roloff’s story about how she went from a novice runner to a confident triathlete.
Make sure you're counted as a Katie! When registering for the triathlon through the YWCA's online form, don’t forget to register as a member of the St. Kate’s team by entering "St. Kate's Team" in the "Employer, Alma Mater, etc." field.
The triathlon will be held August 12, 2018 at Lake Nokomis in Minneapolis.Register Now
The YWCA offers a free 12-week training plan, clinics and classes to help you prepare.Training Plan
Prefer to show your Katie pride by "serving the dear neighbor"? We're hoping for a big St. Kate's contingent in the volunteer crew. Take advantage of these volunteer opportunities for individuals or groups, both in advance of and during race weekend.
All opportunities with descriptions, dates, times, locations and registration can be found at the triathlon volunteer sign-up page beginning mid-2018. Please list "St. Kate's" in the Special Notes and Physical Limitations field, or use your St. Kate's email address.Volunteer Sign up
