St. Catherine University is returning to the Great Minnesota Get-Together for the fourth year in a row, along with Katie fans and new giveaways for St. Kate's alumnae. As in years past, a rotating host of faculty, staff, students and alumnae — representing different majors and disciplines — will greet visitors at St. Kate’s booth in the Education Building, August 25 to September 5.

The Minnesota State Fair draws more than 1.7 million people. It boasts the highest average daily attendance of any state fair in the United States.
Elsewhere at the Fair
STEM DAY: Physics Professor Eric Agrimson, along with St. Kate's alums and students, are volunteering in the Minnesota Space Grant exhibit at the State Fair in Carousel Park, Thursday, Aug. 25, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Alphabet Forest: St. Kate’s MLIS honor society Beta Phi Mu will volunteer on Saturday, Sept. 3, 11:45 a.m.-3 p.m. and 2:45 p.m.-6 p.m. (Laura Morlock ’04, MLIS’11, is the coordinator. Sign up to help.)
Parade: The Wildcats Dance Team will be part of the State Fair parade on Saturday, Sept. 3. The 14-block parade, which begins near the Haunted House and travels north on Cosgrove Street, begins at 2 p.m.
