Join us for the first in a three-part event series, St. Kate’s Reads, where the St. Kate’s community comes together to enjoy common reading and thoughtful dialogue. This opening event will feature a light dinner and discussion surrounding Octavia Butler’s Parable of the Sower. We will be joined by the dean of St. Kate’s School of Humanities, Arts and Sciences, Tarshia Stanley, who is a national expert on the book’s author.
Registration is $10. Reserve your tickets here.
Don’t forget to mark your calendars. Parts two and three of the St. Kate’s Reads series will be held on January 26 and 28, 2019 and June 22, 2019.
