Campus snow emergency in effect On the St. Paul campus, park in any designated overnight parking area through 11 p.m. on Thursday, February 21. No parking in the O'Shaughnessy or Dew Drop lots from 11 p.m. Thursday, February 21 until plowed. Park in any other legal parking space on campus during this time. By 11 p.m. on Friday, February 22, all vehicles must be moved to the O'Shaughnessy or Dew Drop lots. No parking in lots other than O'Shaughnessy and Dew Drop until plowed.
