Experiments in Joy: Recharging Our Culture

Friday, March 10, 2017

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Visual Arts Building, Room 102, St. Paul campus

"Experiments in Joy: Recharging Our Culture" will mobilize the tripartite mission of St. Kate's by offering ideas and strategies from Gabrielle Civil's creative and pedagogical practice. "The aim of my work is to open up space," states Civil.

Using her background in creative writing and performance, Dr. Civil will share creative visioning strategies for personal development and institutional transformation. Her remarks will come from a deep understanding and appreciation of the mission at St. Kate's, as well as her experience in helping to build and lead a new program at Antioch College.
