Citizen Katie

Citizen Katie Day is a volunteer blitz with students, alumnae/i, faculty and staff working on community-lead efforts to learn more about Twin Cities social justice issues and together make a positive impact.

Volunteers gather in Rauenhorst Ballroom for breakfast before working on projects on campus and off-campus at nearby locations. Parking on campus is free and transportation provided to most of the community sites. Volunteers may also meet their groups at their chosen site.

Schedule:

  • Free breakfast and check in, 8 a.m.
  • Program, 8:30 a.m.
  • Volunteer, 9 a.m. to noon
