The theme of this year's Provost keynote for the Faculty and Staff Institute is “Remembering Our Why,” introducing the Academic Master Plan process for campus, with components on our roots of Catholic, Women, and Liberal Arts.

12:45–1:45 p.m. Address on empowering women through the mission of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet by Mary McGlone, CSJ, professor, author, and mission leader.

2:45–3:45 p.m. Address on liberal arts education by Dr. Jay Roberts, Fellow, American Council on Education and Professor of Education, Earlham College
