Course Content
The objectives of the workshop are:
Articulate the benefits of diversity
Identify examples of ways in which unconscious bias affects hiring decisions
Develop a list of recruiting ideas for your department
Commit to implementing at least 2-3 new ideas for minimizing the impact of bias in the recruiting, interviewing and hiring process
