Interrupting Bias in the Recruiting Process is a workshop for hiring managers and search committee members. Updated regularly, this workshop contains strategies and opportunities to practice interrupting biases in the recruiting process.

All hiring managers and search committee members should attend the workshop at least once every two years. Plan to attend this workshop prior to beginning your recruiting process.
