Career Development (firstname.lastname@example.org) offers virtual 30-minute appointments from 8-4:30 p.m. Students who are not able to make the 8-4:30 p.m. time are welcomed to schedule evening appointments. We highly encourage students to use Career Development services now more than ever, and we'll be happy to work around their schedules.
The Catherine G. Murphy Gallery's physical space will be closed, but upcoming exhibitions will move online and be available at the Gallery website.

The Counseling Center remains open and committed to continuing to provide support to St. Kate’s students. Our staff is working remotely at this time, and we are offering 30-minute Wellness Consultations by secure video platform or phone. These Wellness Consultations will be offered to currently enrolled students through the spring semester and summer months. Appointments can be requested through the online request form. To access the after-hours crisis counseling line, students should call the St. Kate’s Counseling Center front desk at 651-690-6805 and press 1 at the prompt to be connected to a counselor.
Dining is open daily, 11 a.m.- 1 p.m. and 3–5 p.m.

The St. Kate’s Food Shelf will still be open every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month, but instead of shopping, students are asked to place requests through this form. Residence Life staff will deliver food orders to on-campus students, and curbside pickup will be arranged for off-campus students. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with questions. We hope to keep the Food Shelf open during the summer if possible, and will share more information as those plans take shape.
Global Studies staff are connected and fully equipped to support students remotely. Students can reach us via email (email@example.com) and through virtual or over-the-phone advising sessions (Monday through Friday). We'll be sharing FAQ soon, and are creating videos with information about J-term 2021 courses and some travel basics.
The Health and Wellness Clinic will now provide telehealth appointments for mental health and COVID-19 consultations. Please visit the patient portal to schedule your appointment. Note, we are only scheduling mental health and potential COVID-19 patients at this time. Please seek outside care for all other types of appointments.
The Library is physically closed, but most of our library resources (eBooks, articles, streaming video, guides, etc) are available 24/7 via the library website using your St. Kate’s login. Librarians are also available via email, chat, Google Hangout, text (651-304-6535), or phone (651-690-8737) to answer your questions. Complete information is available on the library’s website.
The Mailroom is open 10 a.m.–3 p.m. All student mail and packages currently in Mailing Services will be forwarded to the permanent address on file with the Office of the Registrar. Mail for students allowed to stay on campus will be put in your mailbox. We will start forwarding on April 1, 2020.
Please have any items ordered online sent directly to your home address. Any future items received via USPS first class or priority class will be forwarded. Items from other carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) will be returned to the sender unless arrangements are made to pay the postage.
The Money Management office is available Tuesday–Friday 9:30 a.m.– 4 p.m. for virtual personalized scholarship search, budgeting, and credit education appointments. The Multicultural and International Programs and Services (MIPS) staff are working remotely and can be reached at MIPS@stkate.edu. In addition, our Peer Mentors are available to support their mentees—feel free to reach out!
The O'Neill Center will offer online tutoring in writing/reading, math/science and CFA health programs. Instructions are provided on the O'Neill Center webpage. There will be no onsite testing during this period.

University Events and Services — All on-campus events through August 27 are canceled to promote healthy social distancing protocol. Events may move to a virtual format, be postponed, or be canceled for the year. We encourage web conference (e.g. Google Hangouts) to maintain student student groups and clubs (please read official guidelines).
