Financial Aid and Tuition

Over two-thirds of Evening/Weekend/Online students receive loans, grants and other forms of assistance.

After we have received all financial aid forms and you have been accepted to the University, the Office of Financial Aid will evaluate your financial aid application and send you an award letter.

Our financial aid counselors will help you apply for aid from federal and state governments and from St. Catherine University itself. Counselors can assist you with the application process, money management guidance and sensible borrowing.


Tuition for the 2013–14 academic year is $514 per credit or $2,056 per four-credit course. The number of credits taken per term varies; some students take as few as 4 credits; others take 8 credits or more.


In addition to tuition, there are additional fees charged to your student account:

  • New student fee: $15
  • Student activity fee: $52 per semester
  • Graduation fee: $120
