First-time Applicants

Follow the steps below to apply to the Evening/Weekend/Online program.

Admission requirements

To be considered for admission, you must have graduated from an accredited high school or have earned a General Education Development (GED) diploma. If your previous academic record indicates past difficulty or if you have never taken a college course, you may be asked to provide additional information or to participate in a personal interview.

When to apply

We recommend that you submit all application materials at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the term to allow enough time to process your application.

After being admitted you will receive your official transcript evaluation and financial aid award and be permitted to register.

Application process

Follow the 3 simple steps below to complete the application process.

  1. Complete the application form

  2. Download and complete the application form or request that we mail a paper copy to you.

  3. Submit application fee

  4. Send a non-refundable application fee of $25 (check or money order payable to St. Catherine University) to the the Office of Evening/Weekend/Online Admission.

  5. Have official transcripts sent

  6. Request that official transcripts from all schools, universities, technical schools, training programs, armed forces, etc., that you have attended or currently attend, be sent to Evening/Weekend/Online Admission.
    Official transcripts are required for all institutions you have attended, regardless of completion of course work.
    If you have completed any portion of your education outside of the United States, translation and/or evaluation of transcripts may be required. Please allow extra time for this process (up to nine months in some cases).
