Why St. Kate's?

The flexible format in the College for Adults, which includes hybrid (face to face and online) as well as evening and weekend classes, was a perfect fit for Jennifer. “It allowed me to spend time with my family while I continue to work full-time.”

Building Experience

“I wasn’t at all prepared to write a college-level paper after taking a few years off, but I had help from the writing tutors at St. Kate’s O’Neill Center. I was also able to borrow a laptop from the Access and Success program for student-parents whenever I needed to be home with my daughter.”

Today

“With changes at my workplace, I knew that I had to get my bachelor’s degree. I wasn't sure where I wanted to go or how to get started, so I spoke to a friend who graduated from St. Kate’s. She told me about the classes she had taken and the way this University empowers students. Now I can offer the same support and advice to other women.”

Advice for Students

“If you need help, ask for it. Don’t be afraid to talk to your professors, classmates or advisors.”
