Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

U.S. Department of Education application to determine eligibility for federal student aid. Students must apply annually, starting October 1, for the upcoming academic year.

Loan Authorization 2018-19

Students must complete this form or accept your Federal Direct Subsidized or Unsubsidized Loan for 2018-2019 in Kateway. See Apply for Loans webpage for more information.

Outside Aid Notification

For students receiving outside aid: Private scholarships, grants, fellowships, etc; Tuition reimbursement; Veteran or vocational rehabilitation benefits.

Revision Request

To inform Financial Aid office of changes to enrollment, housing, or other items that affect aid eligibility.

St. Kate's Financial Aid Application: Summer 2018

To receive funds, St. Kate's students should submit a St. Kate's Financial Aid Application: Summer 2018 --(Not applicable to OTA Online Students). Financial Aid for Summer is very limited and is usually in the form of student loans.

Child Care Grant Application Summer 2018

The Child Care Grant program provides financial assistance to students who have children 12 and under, are not receiving assistance under the Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP), and who demonstrate financial need for grants, to help pay for child care while pursuing a postsecondary education. If you did not have a childcare grant for the 17-18 academic year, you and your provider must fill out both the 2017-2018 Post-Secondary Childcare Grant Application, and the Summer Childcare Grant Application.

Child Care Grant Application 2017–2018

Verification Forms

Only for students who have been selected for Verification. Be aware that documents required for verification are now individual to each student. Do not complete the verification process prior to receiving notice from the Financial Aid Office.
