“I still remember the day I arrived on campus as a student. As I walked through the gates, I had never seen anything so beautiful. I loved it! St. Kate’s inspired my career ambitions. I never knew a woman doctor, a woman attorney, or a woman engineer while I was growing up in Dickinson, North Dakota. But when I came to St. Kate’s, my teachers were, by and large, women; the people running the place were women; and I thought, “Wow.” That’s when the lights turned on.
Thankfully, women’s colleges keep turning up those lights so you see what’s possible. Our liberal arts program, for example, is particularly suited for today’s challenging times, with smaller class sizes and a focus on sharpening your critical thinking skills. And our multi-year Compass program is designed to arm you with an impressive resume of experiences when you’re ready to move on, not just a diploma. My personal history at St. Kate’s drives my commitment to create the same positive, visceral experience for you —to inspire you to dream big and to be the best she can possibly be —because you’re smart, talented, and to be taken seriously.”
Sincerely,
