We offer cutting edge, intersectional curriculum that critically examines gender, race, class, religion, and other differences. Through a deeper understanding of how our lives are shaped by social, structural, and institutional forms of power, students develop the knowledge, skills, values, and confidence necessary to create a more just world.
We engage 21 core faculty from across disciplines, who are committed to social justice, and offer an intersectional lens to help students develop intellectually and socially, and transform ideas into actions.
“You want to change the world? Here is how to do it in a smart way.” – Sharon Doherty, professor and program director
