Sharon Radd is Assistant Professor in the MA-Organizational Leadership program at St. Catherine University. In addition to her role at St. Kate's, she works with schools, districts, and state education agencies in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa as a Technical Assistance Specialist with the Midwest and Plains Equity Assistance Center at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. She is also the Founder and Lead Consultant of Sankalpa Consulting based out of Minneapolis. With 20+ years of experience in public education as a school administrator, professional development facilitator, and school social worker, Radd holds a BA in Liberal Arts from UW-River Falls, a BS in Social Work and an MS in Educational Leadership from Minnesota State Mankato, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of St. Thomas. Radd teaches courses in Research Design, Inclusive Leadership, and Strategic Communication, as well as the final Leadership Seminar in the MAOL program.
