Paula Gajewski Mickelson, M.A., CI, CT, NIC: Advanced, holds degrees in educational interpreting, human service administration/human resource development, and organizational leadership and alternative dispute resolution. Her publications include articles for the Journal of Interpretation (2015), Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution (2009) and Health Law & Policy (2009). Paula co-authored a chapter in Building Bridges: the Controversial Role of the Community Interpreter (2008), entitled “Role definition: A Perspective on Forty Years of Professionalism in Sign Language Interpreting.”
