Planned, coordinated and supervised audit engagements including developing audit plans through the final reviews of the audit report

Wells Fargo Corporation, Controller's Division. Developed and maintained corporate-wide accounting and financial standards in accordance with relevant regulations, including generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Provided finance and accounting support to the Corporate Controller and all Wells Fargo affiliates and subsidiaries. Provided significant support for and assisted in the management of the overall Corporation budget process. Performed due diligence on activities related to acquisition targets, including up-front financial analysis and pre-acquisition fieldwork
