As an exercise and sport science major at St. Kate’s, you build skills to work in a variety of settings. You'll study topics such as biomechanics, exercise physiology (how the body responds and adapts to exercise), fitness training, human anatomy, kinesiology (human movement), performance analysis and sports medicine.
Upon graduation, you’ll be ready for national certification exams to become an American College of Sports Medicine-Certified Exercise Physiologist and a National Strength and Conditioning Association-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
