When pursuing the online business management degree from St. Kate’s College for Adults, you will learn to effectively lead, strategize, and manage all aspects of business. What can I do with a degree in Business Management?

The hybrid or online business management degree program prepares you for a wide variety of positions within businesses of all industries including, but not limited to:

  • Sales representatives
  • Sales managers
  • Human resource specialist
  • Financial analyst
  • Management analyst

How will I study?

Option 1: Complete your business degree online.

You’ll start online courses for your business major­­ in the fall and finish your major in just 21 months. You will also have access to fully online supporting courses in economics and three core liberal arts courses. If you have an associate degree or other previous college experience, this option provides a fast track to your bachelor’s in business.

Option 2: Learn on campus in a hybrid format.

Each hybrid course combines one-evening-per-week meetings on our St. Paul campus with online learning in between. Complete the major in two years or go at your own pace.

Plus, qualifying students can take up to two courses toward either their Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL) degree.
