Office of Academic Affairs

The Office of Academic Affairs is dedicated to serving the students, faculty, and staff of St. Catherine University. The Office is directly responsible for the University's strategic academic vision, accreditation and assessment, budgeting and finance (including faculty staffing), and academic centers. Academic Affairs works in collaboration with the provost to support both faculty and student academic success in collaboration with support services, curriculum standards, and records.

  • The provost leads the University in academic planning and the setting of the academic mission, policies, and activities. This includes providing guidance to the dean of each school.
  • The provost provides oversight to research and scholarship activities, and works to foster a high level of scholarly productivity on campus.
  • The provost works in conjunction with other administrative leaders to coordinate the administrative practices associated with enrollment and admissions, course offerings, tuition, and student fees, as well as┬áthe policies and values which guide these undertakings.
