New organizational leadership certificate students are considered for up to $3,000 in funding from these scholarship programs: Women in Leadership, diversity, alumni, and academic achievement. These scholarships do not apply to “custom certificate” students.
Organizational leadership certificate students employed by St. Kate’s corporate partners also receive a scholarship, reducing tuition costs by 10%.

The University designs a customized, three-course leadership development program with partner organizations, and classes are held on-site for cohorts of employees of these organizations. The following custom certificate options are available for fall 2019:
Allina Health offers a Graduate Custom Certificate in Organizational Leadership for eligible employees on-site at Allina Health locations.
Wells Fargo Bank offers a customized Graduate Leadership Program for eligible team members on-site at a Wells Fargo location.
