Intelligence Used
1. On the index.html page I incorporated a slide show to draw interest to the viewer. These photos can be changed and updated periodically with our most recent activities or field trips.
I also added an email link so the parent or student can contact me easily. There are five links on this page that bring the user to more detailed classroom information.
I have also added a more interesting background to add to the visual interest.
2. On the class calendar page I added a link to return back to the "home" page. There is also an added moving image for visual interest.
The calendar has been made much easier to read from the original version of my web page. This calendar can be updated monthly for important dates.
3. On the classroom rules page, I have added a link to return back to the "home" page. I also added a moving image for visual interest.
4. The projects page has an added marquee banner for visual interest. This can be changed periodically to show current projects the class is working on.
5. When using the "Grades & District Info" link, this will take you to the district website where parents can access grades and current district information.
6. The "Students! Weekly DOL" link will take the students to the weekly test for Daily Oral Language. This has been made into a quiz
using radio buttons where the student can practice for the weekly test. This also has the link to return back to the "home" page.
