Room 35 Classroom Policies

Student Rights
You have the right to be safe.
You have the right to learn.
You have the right to be heard.

Student Responsibilities
You have the responsibility to conduct yourself safely.
You have the responsibility to learn.
You have the responsibility to listen.

I am excited to have your child in room 35 this year.
This will be a busy year for your child as we learn a great deal
and begin to prepare for that giant leap into middle school next year.
I believe in a relationship-driven classroom management plan.
This type of classroom management is based upon building
a relationship with your child. This relationship will help
us all understand each other and build a peaceful and productive
learning environment. We will work together to build confident,
happy, accepting, resilient children. I am looking forward to getting
to know your child and working with you to provide a great
educational experience for the 2006-2007 school year!
