Accreditation Status

The American Library Association, Committee on Accreditation has granted Candidacy status to the St. Catherine University, Master of Library and Information program. University administrators and MLIS faculty are working with ALA toward full accreditation. St. Kate's accepts students into this highly respected program which has more than 700 alumni in public, private, and academic institutions throughout the Upper Midwest.

The site visit for the External Review Panel will be in Fall 2010. The decision will be anounced in Winter 2011.
