Organizational Leadership
Since 1986, St. Catherine’s Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL) program has helped transform working professionals into leaders who thrive amid the challenges, changes and opportunities of today’s workplace.
As the first multidisciplinary master’s-level leadership program in the country, St. Catherine's MAOL program has a stellar reputation for responding to the changing needs of its students and the places they work. Students address more than the bottom line — the holistic program also emphasizes personal growth and produces effective, ethical and enduring leaders.
The MAOL program includes a strong research focus, not always found in more traditional MBA programs. All students are required to do independent leadership research as a capstone experience toward the degree. MAOL faculty is setting the example with their groundbreaking research focusing on women in corporate leadership positions in Minnesota.
