Meet the Corporate and Foundation Staff
Nicki Hines, Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations, assists faculty and staff in developing projects and securing funding to make those projects happen. From developing an idea to writing proposals to managing awarded grants, Nicki is a resource for faculty. She also works with foundations and corporations to ensure that their goals are met in their partnerships with the University. Nicki's focus is on larger projects, University initiatives and national foundations.

Stacey Poirier, Grants Coordinator, has worked in nonprofit administration for more than 10 years. She serves as the main support staff to the Corporate and Foundation Relations team and acts as the liaison with other Development and Institutional Advancement programs and with the Business Office. Stacey can answer your questions about general grant or sponsorship procedures or will direct you to the proper staff member to serve your needs.

Amy Braford Whittey, Corporate and Foundation Relations Officer, is a graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. She has more than 15 years experience in non-profit fundraising, sponsorship and management. At St. Kate's, Amy works as a part of the Corporate and Foundation Relations team to help secure grants and sponsorships for the University's extensive programs, events and other initiatives.

Scott Chamberlain, Corporate and Foundation Relations Officer, works with businesses and private foundations to secure funding for all the good work that goes on at St. Kate’s. He can assist staff and faculty in developing a project, finding potential funders, writing a proposal and managing grants once they are awarded. He also works with corporations and foundations to ensure their goals for the University are fulfilled.
