Nursing: Information on applying for Fall 2009 will be posted on our web site beginning summer 2008. To receive information by mail, please complete our Information Request Form.
The following programs will accept applications beginning Monday, October 6th, 2008 at 9am. Applications will not be accepted prior to that date.
- Nursing Mobility
- Sonography
- Radiography
How to Apply for Admission
Read these instructions carefully!
1. Answer all questions that apply to you and complete the essay questions. Click on the Application Form link to fill out your on -line application. To request a paper application, complete the Information Request Form or call (651) 690-7800.

2. Official Transcripts. Request official transcripts (transcripts in a signed, sealed envelope) from all schools, universities, technical schools, training programs, etc., including your official high school or GED test scores. (High school transcripts are not required for those with a baccalaureate degree.) If you have attended any school or courses outside of the United States, additional materials may be needed. Because this is a lengthy process to complete, please contact the Office of Admission as soon as possible.
3. Pay the $25 non-refundable application fee.
After we have received your completed application, including all official transcripts, the Office of Admission will review your file, and you will be notified of your status. Please call the Office of Admission at (651) 690-7800 if you have any questions.

- I have completed and submitted my on-line or hardcopy application.
- I have submitted my $25 non-refundable application fee.
- I have responded to the essay questions and included the answers with my application. If submitting a hardcopy application, personal essay must be typed.
