How to use the
TRW Aesthetic Experience

The resources provided on the TRW Aesthetic Experince Web site were compiled for the express propose of facilitating TRW students' research of campus art.

Please keep the following in mind as you use this site:

  • The documents on this site have been scanned and saved as PDF files. They required Adobe Reader to view, free software that can be downloaded from Adobe.com. These images are from the document files from the College Archives. While some may not be good copies, they are the best copies available.
  • Some documents may appear to be out of date. That is, statues may have moved to other locations, Derham Hall parlors may have been remodeled.
  • While compiling documents for this project, the College Archives were searched. Naturally, there is more information on some topics than on others. Please be assured that what we have provided is all that is available from the Archives and there just isn't any more to be offered.
  • Certainly, not all art found on the St. Paul campus is included in these Web pages. More topics may be added if the need arises and if information is available. To inquire about information on art not included here, you may send an email to the college archivist Sr. Margery Smith at: mhsmith@stkate.edu
  • A citation guide is included. Please note that when Archival documents are being cited, you are citing this Web site, not the original documents from the Archives. When you cite a document, your intention is to guide the reader to the source of your information.
